About Enrol and Pay Online
The Enrol and Pay Online Integration allows users of VET in the Meshed Platform to allow the students or applicants to apply for a Course online, and to make a payment. Students will be able to select the courses, offer intake dates and enrol themselves by filling up forms. This is followed by the payment stage where students can pay the upfront fee or course fee as set in the offer intake using their preferred cards.

Enrol and Pay Online can be integrated with the popular payment gateways as below
- CommWeb (Gateway from Commonwealth Bank)
- NAB Transact (Gateway from NAB)
- POLi Payments (Gateway from POLi)
- PayWay (Gateway from Westpac Bank)
There are two options that a Student may select when enrolling
- Apply Now and Pay Later
Students can opt to pay at a later stage. If this is selected, the offer will be created in the system and can review/proceed with as a usual offer generated from the 5-step application process. This option can be disabled upon the client’s request. - Pay with Credit Card:
Students can use their Credit Card to make the payment. Depending upon the payment gateway configured in the system, the further process of card validation will occur at the respective bank’s gateway. If this is selected, the students will be created in the system and the paid amount will be updated on the student’s payment summary page (if the finance module is activated).
Enrol and Pay Online module supports the following functions
- Students can select the courses, offer intakes, and the preferred dates for the enrolment.
- Students can fill the form with their basic details and some compliance-related questions.
- Students can choose to apply now and pay later, or to pay at the same time to complete the enrolment.
- Students and accounts will be notified via email once the payment is successful (subjected to the activation of email templates).
